Rich Fruit Cake
Lee's Fruit Cake is made using the prize winning recipe containing the finest ingredients soaked in brandy and flavoured with rum. Coated with marzipan and Royal Icing or Sugarpaste (depending on design chosen)
Genoese
Our Genoese (Sponge) in Vanilla or Chocolate may be layered with buttercream (flavoured with your favourite liqueur and coated with marzipan and Sugarpaste unless otherwise requested.
Designs
We have a wide choice of designs from traditional to modern.
Colour schemes can be planned to match the Bride's bouquet, Bridesmaids dresses, etc.
Su Hillman our Senior Cake Designer would be pleased to arrange an appointment with you to discuss your particular requirements and to give details of the various options available.
Prices
Our prices are inclusive of Pillars and Top Tier Ornaments e.g. Flowers, Bride and Groom (hand made ornaments will be charged as extra).
Cake stands and knives are available for hire at £20 with a £50 returnable deposit.
Delivery
We will be pleased to deliver cakes locally free of charge. However, although we guarantee our cakes will be delivered in perfect condition we cannot accept any responsibility for any damage that may occur at the function venue.

Call at one of our Shops
Call in at one of our 5 shops where our friendly staff will be please to show you a brochure of our range of cakes.
If you have a design of your own in mind pleas provide a sketch or details and/or arrange to speak with our senior cake designer.
We will always do our utmost to fulfil any request.
The shop staff will take your details and agree a collection time with you. Ideally we would like the order one month in advance but we do keep a large stock of fruit cake maturing at any time, so do please check if required at shorter notice as we can usually assist.
Cakes must be viewed before delivery date
We require a 25% deposit to confirm your order with the balance to be paid before delivery.
We are also able to supply Buffet Platters. |
